Compound Security Specialists designed and installed a custom dual gate system to allow resident only traffic into the upper garage.  Elite CWS200 swing gate operators were used because of their ability to be installed using their “compact” (space saving) installation.  CSS installed a very nice awning and carport roofing system on many levels of the parking area.  Also, many large fencing panels were constructed to specifications for security purposes.  The security fencing was installed to keep nonresident pedestrian traffic from walking into secured areas.
